How to shop on our web shop
Find the product you are interested in and choose which type you want, e.g. colour, weight as well as quantity. Put the item in the shopping basket by clicking on the button “Order”. When you are finished shopping, click on the green “shopping basket” at the top right-hand side of the page. If the basket contains the correct items, click on the “OK” button. You can pay with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard, which are illustrated at the bottom of the page. Then fill in the necessary fields with your information as well as e-mail address. Approve your order in the next step and then enter your debit card/credit card information. When your order has been processed, you will receive electronic notification.
BombardaShop.com accepts payment with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard. If a debit card is used, the amount will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped. Charges are not added for payment on BombardaShop.com and a larger amount than what you have approved can never be deducted. BombardaShop.com encrypts all its card information with the so-called SSL protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.
At BombardaShop.com you can order items via our website. If you have enquiries about items that are not displayed on the website, you are welcome to contact us.
All prices include VAT and other taxes. The prices are current prices.

The processing time for your order is 1-2 working days.
This means an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days.
No money is withdrawn from your credit card before your order is dispatched.
BombardaShop.com provides two years’ warranty pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This includes manufacturing and material defects which are established with the normal use of the item. The warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear that has directly or indirectly occurred as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised actions. Complaint about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered upon usual checking of the item must be notified to BombardaShop.com within a reasonable period of time.

Returned items must be sent to the above address. Please note that we do not accept COD parcels.
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. When you return an item, please disclose the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible.
Remember that the item must be returned in responsible packaging and make sure you get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
In the event of dispute
Any dispute between the shop and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Remember that the parcel must be responsibly packaged. The item must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. You must pay for the cost of returning.
Right of cancellation
BombardaShop.com provides 14-days right of cancellation on the products, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, just return the item. See under “Returns”
Remember that the parcel must be responsibly packaged. The item must be in the same condition and in the same quantity. Therefore, the right of cancellation no longer applies if you use the item in a way that obviously impairs the item’s sales value considerably. When you return the item you must enclose a copy of the invoice on which you state your account number so we can efund the amount to you as soon as possible. When the item is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price to your account within a few days. The only expense you will have when you cancel is the postage to return the item to us.
The right of return is not provided on items that are not part of the assortment, but which are ordered especially upon enquiry.
Please note! We do not accept parcels sent COD.
If you have sent an item back as cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an e-mail once we have received the item. The e-mail will provide you with information on the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation/complaint.
Security / Confidentiality
No personal information that is registered on www.BombardaShop.com will, at any time, be transferred, sold or made available to a third party. All information is stored in an adequate way and will only be accessible to trusted employees at BombardaShop.com.
In regard to electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the web shop system.
We use log statistics on BombardaShop.com which means that a statistics system gathers information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc. The director and employees of BombardaShop.com have access to the information about you that is registered.
During a purchase, we ask you to submit your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is used exclusively for the processing of the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an unencrypted form and is saved for five years.
In addition, we register the IP address from where a possible purchase is made. Normally the information is not used, but it can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!
You can choose to have your e-mail address registered to a mailing list with BombardaShop.com so that you regularly receive news and other information from BombardaShop.com. You can subscribe and unsubscribe to this service at any time.
According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, upon enquiry we disclose registered information and on the background of any objections we carry out deletion to the required extent.
BombardaShop.com reserves the right for printing errors, typing errors in prices or product descriptions, sold-out items as well as incorrect product info from our suppliers.
